Returning Your LFF

Only items purchased directly from will be accepted for returns. If you purchased your product from a third-party seller, please contact the seller directly to discuss your return options.

If you are not satisfied with your LFF, you can email us to request a return within 30 days after your delivery. Once we confirm the products return to our Amazon warehouses, the return would be refunded to your account in the same way.

Returns requested within 30 days will not incur any fees and any shipping costs paid by you will be refunded provided that the product is returned in brand new, re-sellable condition (including but not limited to being free of scratches and/or dents) and returned in its original packaging with its tags, user manual, and charger.

Due to the high cost of the product, the transportation cost is expensive.
We will not refund the return due to the following circumstances:
1. The product has been used
2. The packaging is damaged or missing
3. The product cannot be used due to your personal reasons .
Due to the following circumstances,you will need to bear the freight for the return:
1. The product needs to be returned due to personal reasons (refund conditions: the product is brand new, the package is intact, and the accessories are complete without damage)

If your LFF product is returned in damaged condition, with parts or its manual missing, or otherwise has signs of abuse, LFF reserves the right to deduct additional fees from your refund amount or refuse the return, at LFF’s sole discretion.

We offer free shipping within the United States.

All orders within the U.S. will be dispatched via FedEx from our warehouses in U.S.

(Delivery is not available for P.O. BOX or APO/FPO address, and PR, AK, HI, GU & Military States AA, AE, and AP.)

* Due to the impacts of COVID-19, we will likely be shipping less frequently than usual as we try to reduce our physical presence in the warehouse.

Please expect orders to ship in 2-3 business days, delivery in 5-7 business days.

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid address or other unforeseen events.

When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information from our carrier. Occasionally, tracking information will show that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it. If you don’t receive the package within the next few business days:

See if someone else accepted the delivery.
Look around the delivery location.
Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
Contact the carrier as noted in your shipping confirmation email.
